H. C. (Joe) Raymond is a Certified Counselor (CL60163496) and Chemical Dependency Counselor (CP00002648).  Joe has a Master of Science in Human Resources Development Management from Chapman University and a Post Masters Certificate in Clinical Theory and Practice from The University of Washington School of Social Work.  Joe has additional training and experience in Parent Education and Facilitor Training,  He also has training and experince in working with individuals who have substance abuse and addiction as well as working with both batterers and victims of domestic violence.
